Update Your Company Logo

Training Resource • AGENTVIEW Support

Adding or updating your company logo helps create a consistent and professional presence throughout AGENTVIEW. A clear, properly positioned logo reinforces your brand and helps ensure your business identity is represented the way you want anywhere your company logo appears across the platform.

Open Account Profile

From the left navigation menu, scroll to Settings and click Account Profile.

Open the Logo Editor

Locate the Upload Your Logo section within your Account Profile and click Change / Adjust Logo.

The logo editor will open, allowing you to upload a new image and adjust how your logo will appear.

Choose Your Logo Image

   Choose Image
Click Browse, select the logo file you want to use from your computer or device, and click Open.

   Supported Image Types
AGENTVIEW supports JPG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP image files. PNG is recommended when your logo uses a transparent background.

Position and Resize Your Logo

   Position Your Logo
After your logo loads, drag the image within the preview area until it is positioned the way you want.

   Adjust the Size
Use the Zoom slider to increase or decrease the size of your logo until it is centered and easy to read.

   Review the Preview
Check the preview carefully to make sure your logo has enough space around it and is not cropped too closely.

AGENTVIEW places the adjusted logo on a square transparent canvas, helping both wide and square logos display more consistently throughout the platform.

Save Your Logo

When you are satisfied with the size and placement of your logo, click Save Logo.

After saving, your updated company logo will appear anywhere your business logo is supported within AGENTVIEW.

Tips for Best Results

   Use a High-Quality Logo
Choose a clear, high-resolution version of your logo so it remains sharp wherever it is displayed.

   Leave Some Breathing Room
Avoid positioning the logo too close to the edges of the preview. Leaving some space around it creates a cleaner appearance.

   Use PNG for Transparency
If your logo has a transparent background, PNG will usually provide the best result.

   Check the Preview Before Saving
Make sure your logo is centered, properly sized, and easy to read before clicking Save Logo.
